Notifier addressable protocols

Notifier uses proprietary CLIP (Conventional Loop Interface Protocol) and FlashScan addressable protocols. These differ from the Apollo and Hochiki protocols used by most other UK addressable platforms, so engineers experienced on Apollo systems still need Notifier-specific training to commission these panels safely.
